Our journeyman millwrights are adept at assembling, setting, and aligning equipment. Our primary asset is our trained workforce. We often hire new employees and train them in shop fabrication before we enroll them in a 4-year apprentice program. Most of our installation crew has been working with us for many years, some from apprenticeship to retirement. This selection of personnel and training is key to delivering expert installation service.
