Gantry Cranes featured in NBC

Westmont Engineering Company and Sievert Electric proudly partnered to assemble Five autonomous gantry cranes featured in the NBC news link below. The Projects’ challenges included precision alignment of the 260’ long main girders to a tolerance of 6MM on the ground and assembly of massive components 80’ in the air. Our team designed and fabricated custom fixtures for alignment and implemented detailed planning for assembly to help make this project a success.
