At Westmont Engineering, safety isn’t just a policy—it’s a culture. Recently, our millwrights came together for a focused safety training event designed to reinforce best practices and hands-on skills that keep our crews protected on the job. 

As part of the event, our safety leads walked through a harness demonstration and an interactive ladder safety session that went beyond the basics. Employees had the chance to test gear themselves, ask questions, and tackle common mistakes.
