We recently helped a client take a major step in enhancing their facility by installing a pasteurizer machine for a new product line. Anything dealing with production has to be efficient and quick, so our team had to come together to find an innovative solution to make this happen fast.
To quickly move two truckloads of machinery into the space where it was needed, we had to think outside the box of the standard loading dock. Given the size of the pasteurizer, our team decided to cut a hole in the wall to create a direct entry into the work area. This approach helped us avoid disassembly and reassembly of hundreds of pieces on-site. The entire operation only took three hours from start to finish, saving a lot of time in our client's project schedule.
