Column Dumper

Our goal at Westmont Engineering is always meet the needs of our clients.

We recently had another opportunity to install new equipment to upgrade a client's production process. The addition of a column dumper allowed for heavy lifting for this client's frozen food blending production, resulting in improved efficiency and productivity. 

With the column dumper, much heavier totes are easily lifted into the food blending mixer. The heavy-duty column provides more support, ensuring stability and precision during the lifting and dumping operation. This installation increases the client's production capacity from five tons a day to an impressive five tons per hour. The column dumper is an addition to the mixer and operator access platform, which Westmont had previously installed.
